At Dixxon Flannel Co., we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
